    Control4, a market-leading, home automation company, is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for an up-beat, quick-minded problem solver who shares the same passions.

    • Handling/organising all administrative and general maintenance duties for Bern and Solothurn’s offices
    • Comfortable being the first point of contact for HR-related issues
    • Build partnerships with the Managers and the Regional Finance team
    • Able to review/monitor company processes and procedures to ensure they line up with international policies
    • Review employee expense submissions, purchase requisitions and invoices
    • Other duties as assigned


    • A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to utilise Microsoft Office products; word, excel, etc.
    • Fluent in English and German
    • Possess/maintain a positive attitude
    • Must be self motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision
    • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to regularly multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
    • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism
    • Ability to develop positive relationships and work with employees at all levels
    • Must be able to handle stress well & meet deadlines
