    Imagine working for an American based, high-end, custom speaker manufacturer that boast historically low turnover where an average employee has works for the company for 10+ years. All speakers are made within 5-6 days of a customer placing their order.  Each order is different which makes every day different. Also, you will be cross trained in several positions.


    This position you will work in our production department utilizing tools, materials, processes to build, assemble and test audio speakers. If you are looking for a CAREER, Triad is the place for you.

    • Build and assemble audio speakers from drawings, computer generated, written and/or verbal instructions
    • Use various hand tools; hot glue guns, screw drivers, plastic hammers, wrenches, pliers, cutters, soldering iron, pneumatic drivers, sanders, paint guns, etc.
    • Visually scans speaker boxes or sub-assemblies for cosmetic or structural flaws.
    • Perform cosmetic fixes or route to appropriate process location for rework
    • Identify any defective components for tagging and segregation
    • Assist production support personnel in identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Able to identify preventive maintenance to tools and equipment and
    • Effectively report any maintenance needs to Team Lead/Management 
    • Must maintain clean work area and equipment used


    • High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED); or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • High School level general math capability
    • Must be able to operate Windows based PC
    • Ability to reach and comprehend both simple and moderate complex instructions, short correspondence and memos in the English language
    • Confidently present information and/or engage in discussion in one-on-one and small group situations with team members and other employees
