  • Overview

    Control4 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to be responsible for the ordering, receiving, stocking, and fulfillment of components and supplies used in our growing fast-paced Triad Speaker manufacturing facility. The position requires accurate documentation creation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders, receiving, inventory tracking and stock level visibility.

    Responsibilities

    • Physical receiving of all components, verifying quantity and quality of product
    • Oversee Kanban bins are kept organized and update ordering information as needed
    • Conduct daily inspection of the inventory storage to identify potential shortage or other inventory issues
    • Ensure inventory items and supplies have designated location and assigned space
    • Catalog rejected components weekly
    • Create and send purchase orders
    • Maintain purchasing order board, note changes, report on shortages and deliveries in transit
    • Build and maintain partnership with vendors
    • Review and Order inventory for lumber and foam
    • Maintain a personal workspace that meets 5S standards
    • Inspection of incoming goods
    • Support the materials handler

    Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2-3 years’ experience managing or handling inventory in a retail or warehouse setting
    • Well-organized and proactive in performing job requirements
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize quickly and effectively
    • Work well within a team environment
    • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis, climb stairs while carrying 40 lbs
    • Must be able to follow safety standards within a warehouse and manufacturing environment

    Preferred:

    • Forklift certified (is or can)
